Shipping & returns

All returns must obtain a valid Return Authorization prior to being returned. Items returned without a Return Authorization number will not be processed for return. Items must be returned freight pre-paid within 14 days, Items must be packed sufficiently to avoid damage. Buyer is responsible for any damage to item(s) prior to receipt at AWS. Buyer will be credited via original form of payment for item purchase price only, no shipping will be refunded, after item is received and inspected. Authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Electrical and special order items cannot be returned.
